Access to and use of PlayDash is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. PlayDash reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances in such circumstances.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. The name registered on your PlayDash account must match exactly the name appearing on the identification documents submitted during KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. PlayDash will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify PlayDash immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
PlayDash accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, gift, or otherwise dispose of your account or any balance held within it to any third party.
PlayDash accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of locally supported payment methods, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC, ETH, and USDT are also accepted and will be converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per time period may vary by payment method and by account tier. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of the Platform for current limits applicable to their account.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. PlayDash will not accept deposits from payment sources belonging to third parties. Where a third-party deposit is detected, PlayDash reserves the right to refund the deposit to its source and to investigate the account concerned under anti-money laundering protocols.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a Player's account has been fully verified through the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. All content available on the PlayDash Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, game mechanics, and user interface components, is the exclusive property of PlayDash or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of PlayDash.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlayDash, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any Player for:

PlayDash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, any Real-Money Funds balance remaining in the account may be forfeited to PlayDash, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, PlayDash will process a refund of any verified Real-Money Funds balance to the Player's registered payment method.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting PlayDash Customer Support. Voluntary closures will be processed within 5 business days and any available Real-Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.
PlayDash reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
In cases where amendments are required by law or regulatory directive, PlayDash may implement changes immediately without advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
